"AMERICAN FOLK BLUES FESTIVAL"

Este Programa lo dedicamos al primer American Folk Blues Festival, que se celebró durante el mes de Octubre de 1962. Los temas (canciones) corresponden al concierto celebrado, el día 20 de Octubre, en el Olympia de Paris.

Los músicos que participaron en este primer Festival fueron: Memphis Slim, T-Bone Walker, Shakey Jake, Willie Dixon, Helen Humes, Sonny Terry, Brownie McGhee, John Lee Hooker, y Arnold "Jump" Jackson. Desde el 4 al 24 de Octubre, se celebraron conciertos por diferentes ciudades de Alemania, Suiza, Austria, Francia y Gran Brataña.
